"There are no staff on site. The room was okay but lights weren’t working, the heater made loud noises every hour or so, the reception receipt says the restaurant closes at 20.30 when it closed at 18.00. Also I booked to use the pool and it was closed when I went to use it. "

"Sehr schöne saubere Zimmer mit gut ausgestatteten angenehm ausreichend großem Bad. Ein super Frühstück und immer
rechtzeitig und umfassend aufgefültem Buffet. Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir viel mit den Rädern unterwegs waren haben wir am Abendessen , das in Buffetform angeboten wird nicht teilgenommen. Die im Hotel angebotenen Masageanwendungen haben wir auch nicht henutzt, also keine Bewertung möglich.
Insgesammt ein empfehlenswertes Hotel für Mielon an der polnischen...

"The room upon arrival was very dirty, a very bad smell from the toilet, dirty walls, dirty TV, dirty mirror, the problem was reported, but additional cleaning did not help. At the end of the stay, the curtain guide fell off."
