I didn't know there was not an elevator or I would not have booked the room - I'm 75- too many stairs and boards on the bottom of the bathr door of 4 inches high - in the darkness, I tripped! The facility is supposedly 100% no-smoking, but smokers did so anyway and it was impossible to keep the smoke out of my tiny, insufficient...
