There is no reception, and I had to go into the restaurant to find the staff, who were neither friendly nor helpful. It almost felt like I was being treated as if I were staying for free rather than as a paying guest. I hope they can work on their hospitality, as it was disappointing to see such lack of care."

"This is budget accommodation but gives you all the basics you need. Location is tricky, in an industrial area, so without car you may not want to stay here. Our own point of criticism is cleanliness. A real clean of the room seems to be too much to ask for, not sure how often the grubby carpet is being vacuumed, for example. Bring your flip flops then you are ok."

"Perfectly acceptable. If you are looking for an affordable place this is just fine. The beds were beds and the room was a room. The only problem we had was the top bunk had dirt marks on the sheet and most of the blankets had holes in them. Otherwise fine. "
