"Prompt communication and effortless check-in (and checkout) process with the provided door pin. The garden view room was generously spacious. Surprisingly, it also had limited but beautiful mountain view as well. Everything in the room was well organized and set up prior to check-in. "Generally a very pleasant stay. The staff was very kind, the breakfast was fantastic, and the hotel is conveniently located. The only issues were that we could hear our neighbors clearly through the night, and the beds were extraordinarily firm. I would recommend this hotel and perhaps you could request a foam pillow and another blanket to make the bedding more comfortable."

"We just stayed overnight. We had a good dinner and breakfast. Room was nice, only issue we had with mosquitoes. Nice town to explore. Staff was very friendly. Hotel has small private playground with a trampoline and a swing, exactly what our kid wanted. Friday night had some entertainment so make reservation as dining space is limited. Hotel was a bit pricey but so were all the other hotels in the area. Overall we had a good stay. Hotel is very kid friendly."
