"There was something wrong with the elevator and the staff handled it to the exteme. The room was very clean and the breakfast was great. If i go to Kassel again i would definitely stay here."

"This hotel had clean, comfortable rooms. Having an onsite restaurant for dinner was a nice benefit. Good breakfast buffet too. The only negative was that no one was available at the front desk for check even though we rang the bell and waited a while. We ended up going to the restaurant and alerting them, which took care of us."
