"We chose a place to stay because it said it doesn't allow pets. To our dismay, when leaving we saw that the room below us had a meduim sized dog. Also there were moth holes and stains on the curtains, a thick layer of dust on the door, mould in the shower area and crumbs on my pillow. Breakfast was lack luster and the whole place had an air of neglect. We were also disturbed at 3am by loud conversations in the corridor. On the plus side, it was in a really beautiful, quiet, out of the way place. "

"We arrived around 11.30pm as we drove up from Berlin. We called in advance and was notified of our room hence when we got to the front desk (there was no one there), we could pick up our keys and head towards our room with ease. The room was extremely clean with bedding and towels. We checked out at approximately 9.45am as we were heading to Heide Park. Do take note that there are no blackout curtains in the room so it was extremely bright from 6am onwards. It was an easy 5-10 mins drive to Heide Park hence I would recommend this accommodation if you’re just staying overnight and heading to the park. "
