"Nice room. It’s very pink but it was so clean and a good breakfast was available in the morning. You can get a shuttle for a small fee to the airport. Very convenient. Great stay."

"The Vital & Sauna are truly amazing! They offer a relaxing atmosphere with lots of choices, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The textile-free environment really lets you experience the authentic sauna feel. The cabin room is a fun and unique place to stay, and being connected to all the amenities and just a short walk away is a huge bonus."

"Excellent facility but POORLY advertised. On top of it the shuttle directions are hard to decipher for someone just landing after a 12 hours flight. The location of that shuttle stop is beyond ridiculous. I understand that the location itself might be provided by the airport but definitely better signage will help."

"We loved our room and the comfy bed! Elena in the dining room made us weary travelers feel very welcome with coffee and pastries! Christina at the front desk helped us get the train to Dachau and rent an umbrella for 3 euros. The dining experience was surprisingly delicious and plentiful! Varied menu and friendly wait staff. Location was close to the central train station but shuttle bus from airport would have been more helpful if it was easier to find! Altogether, we truly enjoyed our stay at this clean, bright and welcoming hotel!"

"The air conditioning was not working. The staff is unaware and made me try several different rooms which were all still very warm. Even the lobby area was uncomfortably warm. I ended up checking out and going to the Novotel nearby. I requested a refund from Expedia and the hotel denied it. Would definitely not recommend."

"Liked a lot about my stay. However the cost of the shuttle to the airport was over 20euros. A one way ticket for the MVGO bus, (with the stop, right across the street), had far more frequent pickup times, was a 5 minute ride to the Terminal, cost 2 and 40 euros. The idea that the hotel is going to overcharge to that degree, for the short trip to the airport, felt insulting."

"I am a well travelled person who has stayed a lot in hotels and so know a thing or two about hotels. I was an international travel checking in to the Hotel Courtyard by Marriott Munich at Garching, Germany. The lady who checked me in was very rude and not at all in a mood to talk to me or answer any of my questions. She was holding my credit card for a much higher amount than what I had booked the hotel room. When I showed her my online reservation confirmation, she was not very nice and did hold the amount that I had booked for plus for any unexpected charges that I may incur which is a normal practice in many hotels and I understand that. I asked her about breakfast and she rudely told me a rate that was not what I was told when I was booking the hotel room. Again, I would have been okay had she spoken properly to me. In short, I expected top be treated a little better than the treatment I received at this Marriott."
