"It's a charming hotel in an equally charming ski village. We traveled off season so it was very quiet. We had the Snow White room which we were very happy with. It was spacious and comfortable. We were traveling with our 2 dogs, and the staff were very accommodating. We ate at the hotel because it was convenient for us. The breakfast buffet was typical Austrian style with many items. Supper menu was a bit limited due to low season, but we always found tasty options. Too bad our weather was too...

"Excellent property. Right on bus route for ski hills. Short walk into town with many restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. Easy to get to Kitzbuhel on bus as well. The storage room for equipment was incredible with boot warmers. Rooms were updated and clean. Pool was clean."

"The breakfast was great along with a wonderful staff. It was a perfect location, good ski room with boot heater/dryers for our stuff, and I loved the quaint village of Kirchberg. The only odd thing about the hotel room was the shower… a little learning curve not to get the entire space wet. But we figured it out. Would stay here again."
