This beautiful holiday flat is situated in an idyllic location in Niedernsill, just a few minutes' walk from the village centre and the picturesque natural swimming lake. The flat is modern and cosily furnished and has a beautiful terrace with a wonderful view where you can enjoy relaxing evenings.
Niedernsill is located at an altitude of 769 metres, nestled in the Hohe Tauern National Park holiday region, between Zell am See and Mittersill. Away from the main traffic routes, the charming village is surrounded by inviting alpine pastures, numerous excursion destinations and many adventures for young and old. There are also several golf courses with different numbers of holes in the surrounding area.
Ski areas nearby: Schmittenhöhe (Zell am See) - 14 km, Kitzsteinhorn (Kaprun) - 18 km, Maiskogel (Kaprun) - 14 km, Saalbach-Hinterglemm - 27 km, Weißsee Gletscherwelt (Uttendorf) - 25 km, Wildkogel-Arena (Bramberg/Neukirchen) - 23 km and Kitzbühel - 44 km. Wir sind etwas früher als erwartet angekommen, was jedoch glücklicherweise keinerlei Probleme verursacht hat. Die Gastgeberin war super zuvorkommend und hat auf unser früheres Kommen sehr schnell reagiert und das Haus war überaus sauber und bereits für unser Eintreffen vorbereitet. Die Vermieter waren sehr gastfreundlich. Ca. 500 m entfernt ist ein sehr schoener Badesee. Man muss gar nicht an den Zeller See um sich abzukuehlen. Mit der Gästekarte/FunCard kann man kostenlos den Zug im benutzen, der jede Std. zw. Krimmel und Zell am See pendelt.

Schöne Lage
Die Wohnung ist sauber, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber in einer super Lage. Die Betten sind gew öhnungsbedürftig. Wir waren zu 5., der Platz ist ausreichend, die Küche ist gemütlich und die Terrasse super groß. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, alles in allem…. sehr zu empfehlen. 😊

Verblijf was schoon en netjes, maar wel wat gedateerd. Locatie mooi rustig. Bedden waren niet helemaal comfortabel. Voor 5 personen is het huis oke, maar voor 6 echt te klein.
Gastheer en gastvrouw waren gastvrij en behulpzaam.

We enjoyed our stay at Niedernsill apartment. First of all, it was very clean and tidy. We loved the big kitchen with the balcony and terrace. The kitchen has more than enough kitchen amenities if you want to cook your own meals. We had no problem with Wi-Fi. There is a little stream just behind the apartment that you can constantly listen to like a relaxing music. The apartment is located between Salzburg and Innsbruck. It takes approximately an hour and half to Altstadt Salzburg and an hour and 45 minutes to Swarovski Kristallwelten in Innsbruck. Lots of great hiking/biking in the area. Our host, Marianne, was very kind and communicative. Great place to stay!
