"Me and my partner chose to stay here with our dog as we had not visited Alsace before. The property is in a great position in a lovely quiet village with easy road and rail access to Strasbourg. Bruno the owner was very welcoming and the property is clean and full of lots of interesting historical pieces of art and furniture. There is plenty of space with three bedrooms and the kitchen is well fitted out with all modern appliances. I would highly recommend this property."

"This is a quiet, comfortable house in a stunning, untouristy location. Lucienne is very nice and helpful. There are lots of great walks, on the doorstep and a short drive away. Don't miss Castle Falkenstein! We went to Wissembourg, Strasbourg and the Maginot line fort Schoenenbourg (which you can visit without a guided tour, unlike Four A Chaux, which by the way doesn't offer English language tours). Having the pool table is fun. We enjoyed our stay."

"The location is beautiful, check in and out we’re very easy. The hosts excellent and informative. There are so many cycle routes in the local area we could have stayed for weeks to explore them all. The property is spacious and very well equipped. The view from the deck is lovely. Overall a very pleasant stay."

"The best gite we’ve stayed in, with lots of lovely small touches. If we were really picky the pool could be a touch bigger, and there would be seating outside rather than on a covered terrace (which was hot in the heatwave we experienced). But this place comes highly recommended! The wine couldn’t be more local, and the owners Richard and Monique and their family can’t do enough for you!"

"la casa es mas bonita en persona wue en la foto. Eramos un grupo de 9 y todas las camas eran comodisimas. Hemos estado muy comodos. Teniamos productos de la zona para defustar de regalo, un detalle muy bonito. Las habitaciones y zonas comunes muy espaciosas. Todos super limpio. La dueñs de la casa muy agradable. "Friendly staff and a great location. Very convenient to the Homme de Fer tram station which is about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Kitchen has all necessary items except for a coffee maker even though there are demitasse cups in the cabinet, there is no way to prepare espresso if you did not bring your own maker. There is free coffee in the lobby but I would prefer to make my own in my room and not have to travel downstairs to the lobby before I shower and get ready for the day. There is a...
