"The hotel is ok. Has everything you need to stay overnight at the airport. Staff was very friendly, it is easily accessible on foot directly from Terminal 1. The Square has a drug store, supermarket and food, that is really convenient. The only thing that I did not like and that will prevent me from using it again are the windows. You cannot open them and the room feels very closed in. This is a personal thing, most people probably do not mind, but for me it was an issue. It just felt a bit suffocating."

"I recently stayed at NH Frankfurt Airport and wanted to share my disappointment regarding the experience. To start positively, the staff were friendly and welcoming, check-in was pleasant, and the room itself was clean and equipped with all the amenities one would reasonably expect from an airport hotel. Unfortunately, the core purpose of a hotel stay is sleep, and that aspect of the experience was extremely poor. We stayed in room 293, and it took me nearly two hours to fall asleep due to the constant and very loud aircraft noise. For an airport hotel, I was genuinely shocked by the lack of sound insulation. I could also clearly hear people talking from the reception area one floor below, and likely from the restaurant as well. On top of this, there was a recurring loud noise approximately every five minutes coming from the upper floor — possibly pipework or furniture movement — which sounded as though heavy furniture was constantly being dragged around. The result was an awful night’s sleep and a very frustrating experience overall. The situation was made worse because it was impossible to use the air conditioning. I was informed the system was switched off until the summer months, yet opening the window was not a realistic option due to the aircraft noise outside. The gym facilities were equally disappointing. The room was boiling hot, the only weight machine was broken, and the elliptical machine was positioned so poorly beneath the ceiling that I repeatedly hit my head w"

"Service is not what it was. Being ignored sitting at the bar waiting for a drink. Steam room and pool in the wellness area not working. No bathrobes in the room anymore. Loose floor tiles in our bathroom. Too bad. We always liked this hotel when flying in and out of Frankfurt. "

"The room was wonderful, but it did not have a fridge, nor did it have any drawers for clothes. The bathroom was very spacious and the shower was large and lots of pressure. If you wanted ice, you had to go to the lobby bar and ask for some. The buffet breakfast a little limited but it was fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"A cozy but serviceable room for a recovery from a lengthy inbound flight. They accommodated me for a very early check in (7am) having booked and paid for the previous night. (Avoided a "no-show" cancelation with a phone call two days prior to arrival.) The AC control is effective and the room was quiet and comfortable. Just don't open the window. The AC pauses. The local area has plenty of food options just make sure to check open times. "The Italian" was our favorite."
