"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. "The apartment was very clean and it had a kitchenette that you could do a bit of cooking. We enjoyed that it was right across the street from the train station, so very convenient for us. Our apartment was a corner apartment so it had lots of windows facing the train station. Each floor had their own laundromat. Staff were super friendly and ready to tell you tourist information. We would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was fantastic. It’s only three metro stops from Ahoy and conveniently located near many attractions and amenities. The metro station is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, making it very easy to get around Rotterdam. The room service was excellent, with the option to order food directly from Foodhallen. There is also a 24/7 self-checkout shop on the ground floor, which was very convenient. The views from the room and balcony were amazing, especially with the beautiful weather during my stay. I would definitely stay here again, particularly if TwitchCon returns to Rotterdam in the future."
