This apartment consists of a living area with a sofa bed, a dining room, an open kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a dressing area. The bathroom is equipped with a sink and a shower. Located on the 4th floor, the apartment has a large sunny balcony offering a lovely view of small fishermen's houses. Situated just 150 metres from the beach and a two-minute walk from the tram, the apartment enjoys an ideal location with easy access to shops, bakeries, small cafes and restaurants. It offers a perfect setting for walks on the seafront whether on foot, by bike or by cuistax. You can also explore the nearby surroundings on two bicycles which are provided free of cost here. A visit to Old Port for discovering the maritime history of Nieuwpoort is quite possible. Enjoy peaceful walks in Leopold Park. It is the ideal place to enjoy the tranquility and local activities of Nieuwpoort, an ideal place to recharge your batteries by the sea and appreciate all the charm of the city in a calm and pleasant atmosphere. There is a closed garage in the basement of the building included in the price for safely keeping your vehicles.
