Great option for close proximity to the airport. Very nice for the price - newly remodeled with the decor you see in typical 4 star properties. Very clean, quiet and super comfortable.

I booked the room to get some rest during a 13-hour layover and although this property was a bit further from the airport than I originally thought, the hotel was clean and staff friendly. The next morning I found the hotel was within walking distance of the commuter train that took me right to the airport and I made my flight home without issue.

Check in was seamless. Friendly staff. I would recommend this property.

Good hotel with big clean rooms. Unfortunately hotel locates 30 minutes drive from the city center.

We arrived really early from the States to check in at hotel but check in isn’t until 3 pm? The hotel staff went out of there way to help us get to our room asap.Young lady running the restaurant was equally helpful? We initially arrived to early to check in she allowed us access to restaurant for beverages and breakfast which was over the top. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Awesome experience in customer service and great hospitality. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel, close to airport, clean. My only complaint is my booking included the breakfast buffet but we were charged for it ($28 apiece). That’s not good customer service.

Convenient to the airport

We would like to appreciate the excellent service we received at front desk since our flight from Ireland was early and our rooms were not ready yet. The front desk expeditiously attempted to have the rooms ready as soon as possible, and they did! The rooms were clean and huge. And the buffet selections were impressive. The free shuttle service to the airport was a plus. We will surely use this hotel once we come back to Amsterdam again!

This was my first time in Amsterdam. Used the hotel for 3 nights before leaving on a 21 day cruise. The rooms are wonderful. Bathroom and shower all modern. Food options good for staying at the hotel. The daily use for the shuttle to and from the airport worked terrific. We used it for getting to the airport with all the trains going anywhere. My bf and I had an AMAZING stay here! We booked a penthouse suite and it did not disappoint. Great panoramic views of the city, walkable to the Overamstel station, great amenities and great room. Only downside is it is about a 20min train ride to the central area of town so we’ll likely stay closer next time but for a luxury stay, we would highly recommend.

This hotel was great! The staff was very friendly. There are not shops on site, but the hotel has a wonderful free shuttle service to and from the airport, where you can get food, souvenirs or just people watch! It was a good choice to stay.

Everything was perfect. Property is beautiful and staffs are kind. I enjoyed fitness and sauna too. The only drawback is checkout time at 11am is a bit too early. Hope it is 12pm.
