Cozy detached dike house for rent in Nieuwvliet, 3 km from the beach

Authentic, spaciously designed detached dike house for 6 people and baby on a spacious plot (1000 m2). Enjoy the beautiful polder view! Our house is 75m2 and has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, separate toilet and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. Furthermore, six bicycles are available to you free of charge. The bakery is 300 meters away and supermarkets are within a 3 km radius. The beach is 2.5 km by bike.
Our house is located near Cadzand, Knokke, Ghent, Bruges. No Pets allowed.

Relaxen
Fijn, knus dijkhuisje. Niet geschikt voor minder mobiele huurders. Helling naar huisje, en veel drempeltjes/afstapjes. Fietsen gedateerd, en niet voor 5 volwassenen. Een heerlijk groot terras en tuinset. Verder ontbreekt het je aan niets, prima kunnen koken, bbq, verse vis, heerlijk. Extra koelkast en vriezer. Dekbedden voor warm en koud weer! Lekker douchen, en goede uitvalbasis voor uitstapjes. PM: huisje niet op loopafstand naar zee. Wij hebben heerlijk genoten van het mooie uitzicht, terras en we hadden perfect najaarsweer.

Gezellig dijkhuisje in rustige omgeving.
Na 15 jaar lang niet in Nederland geweest te zijn, vonden wij dit een énig verblijf, een dijkhuisje met prachtig uitzicht op akkers en polders én met een heerlijk groot terras+tuin voor eventuele familiebezoeken, die er natuurlijk waren. Het enigste minpunt aan het huisje vonden wij de hoge wastafel in de badkamer, zéér lastig.....zowél voor oudere mensen als voor kinderen dus ik zou hier zéker iets aan doen! De rust rondom het huisje stelden wij erg op prijs, fijne fietsroutes en met de auto veel leuke plaatsjes bijdehand. We komen zéker nog eens terug....!

Verouderd en niet schoon
Bij aankomst valt meteen het onkruid en overhangende bramen op. Dat geeft een onverzorgde indruk. Het huisje ligt wel mooi aan de dijk. Binnen moet duidelijk nog een ander gebeuren al is de eigenaar wel begonnen met opknappen. Wc pot staat bijvoorbeeld helemaal los. Verder veel spinnenwebben, mierenplaag en dooie muggen op de muren. Met iets meer aandacht zou het prettiger verblijven zijn.

Prachtig gelegen in de polders voor wie tegen stilte kan. Wij hebben er erg van genoten.
De indruk is dat voor volwassenen die op groen gesteld zijn en willen fietsen dit een uitstekende locatie is. In het huis zelf zou wel iets verbeterd kunnen worden bijv. het zitgedeelte is wat ingedeukt en dus niet echt comfortabel voor de rug. Dit geldt niet voor eettafel en eetstoelen. Daarop is het goed zitten!! In de kamers boven zou een kleine tafel en wat meer gelegenheid om kleren op te hangen geen overbodige luxe zijn. Dit geldt zeker als beide bedden in deze kamers bezet zijn.. Voor kinderen vonden wij deze woning minder geschikt, Van de fietsen hebben wij erg genoten.

Haus am Deich
...etwas außerhalb des Dorfes Sehr schöne Gegend. Mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Fahrräder die im Haus gehörten in gutem Zustand 3 Erwachsenen 2 Kleinkinder in dem Haus waren ok Coroabedingte Einschränkungen waren lästig aber zu erwarten. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hätten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dem Haus. Es ist sehr ruhig und inmitten von Natur. Der Strand ist zwar 3,5 km entfernt, aber dank der bereit gestellten Fahrräder schnell erreichbar.

Spätsommer im Deichhaus
Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus, das Charme hat (und nicht so modern gleichförmig wie die jüngsten holländischen Ferienhäusern in Wohnanlagen). Bes. in jetzigen Coronazeiten haben wir die Alleinlage und die große Terrasse und die zum Gaus gehörenden Fahrräder für Touren genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Erik wg kleiner Schwierigkeiten sehr angenehm und vor allem sehr zeitnah. Kommen gerne noch mal wieder.
