A good choice in Niigata

The hotel is conveniently located near Niigata Station. It is close to the shopping areas and many restaurants were located nearby. The only drawback was that the public bath was closed at midnight which was a bit rush for those who returned to the hotel late. It would be better if the public bath could be extended to, say, 1 am.

Close to rail station. There's no street level crosswalk across Higashi-odori. If you walk up from the rail station, on the southwest side of the street and try to cross at the hotel you have the option to use the over-the-street walkway over the street (which is awkward if you have heavy rolling luggage!) So cross two blocks before the hotel.

I don’t usually leave low score reviews but the stay here was very poor. They “centrally” control the temperature in the rooms and pumped heat into the room all night. When calling the front desk to turn it down or use some AC they said no and to open the window. The hotel is at a major 8 lane intersection and had to open the window and was kept up by loud revving motorcycles and cars all night. Beds are cheap, thin, hard and worn and got really sore. Left feeling horrible to start the day.

部屋は防音がしっかりしているのが良い。部屋を出るとエアコンが切れるので、短時間で戻っても部屋が暑い。使用後のタオル等を袋に入れて扉にかけるので、朝はズラッとかけた袋が並び、タオル回収用のカートも置かれるので、生活感が溢れていました。非日常を感じたかったのですが

スマホをタクシーに忘れてきてしまい、スタッフの方に相談した所、親身になって探してくださいました、また警察へ遺失物の届けを出す時も付き添って下さり、とても助かりました。 結局、スマホは帰宅してからGPSのアプリで探し出す事が出来て、遺失物届けを出した警察より郵送して頂きました。 やっと手元に戻ってきたスマホを見る度、 アパホテルのスタッフの方々が寄り添って親切にしてくださったからだと感謝でいっぱいの気持ちになります。 本当にありがとうございましたm(_ _)m
