Relaxing place with a wonderful pool area. Great location. Well equipped. Attentive owners and really useful support from Ana. We needed some relaxing holidays on a well located place and that's what Gigi and Jean Luck house offered. Thanks for opening the doors of your summer home to my family.

Super séjour dans ce secteur sauvegarde la frénésie immobilière espagnole. La maison est située dans une copropriété fermée à proximité de la plage La copropriété est calme et très propre. La proximité des voisins ne nous a pas gêné. La maison est très agréable et très confortable L’équipement est plus que correct et le bbq à gaz très agréable Que dire la piscine : top Merci à ghislaine

Nous avons passé entre amis un agréable séjour chez Ghislaine. La maison est de haut standing et très propre. Toutes les pièces de la maison sont climatisées notamment les chambres. Petit bémol par rapport à la communication avec l’agence immobilière qui gère la location : notre contact ne parlait ni français ni anglais, les mails étaient traduits en anglais via un traducteur en ligne ce qui compliquait la compréhension. Bien évidement cette disconvenance était indépendant de la propriétaire. Je recommande fortement pour des vacances calmes en famille ou entre amis.

Ghislaine’s house is so lovely - I wish I owned it! The creative interior design is a delight to behold. The house is spacious, spotlessly clean and bright. The pool area is also lovely. Las Negras is a charming little seaside resort with plenty of character. It has great beaches and a good choice of restaurants. Would highly recommend.

An ideal place for a quiet holiday with the family. With the pool in the garden you have everything you need, when you are tired of the beatuiful beaches nearby (if that is possible). We are very happy with the property, communication with the owner Ghislane, as well as with El Playazo. Las Negras is a very charming little village, and I would recommend this property to anyone.

Maison bien agencee et joliment décorée . piscine agréable qui est l'atout de cette location .notre séjour à été satisfaisant car les 2 habitations mitoyennes étaient vides d'occupants . Je pense que l'annonce de location devrait mentionner cette promiscuité qui aurait pu s'avérer regrettable. Village très sympathique et environnement superbe. Donc de bonnes vacances.la copropriété est très propre et très bien située.

Very clean and well equipped. A very comfortable house in a gated community with private parking. Easy access to local beaches and a matter of metres to the town centre, which is great fun and packed with bars and restaurants. Excellent location in which to tour Cabo de Gata

This is a superbly-located, spacious, modern house with a beautiful private pool, three or four minutes walk from all amenities and a short driving distance from amazing beaches and sights - a rare gem. We particularly loved the peaceful and stylish pool area where we could choose sun or shade, the essential air-conditioning and the proximity to shops, bars and restaurants in such a chilled low-key village. The house is exactly as it appears on the photos and Ghislaine and her husband have provided everything you could need for a great holiday. A real home from home, only better! I must also mention how lovely Ghislaine was right from my first enquiry, her communication was fantastic and she could not have been more helpful. Thank you and sorry I was unable to post this review earlier.

La casa es tal cual como se ve en las fotos, es una casa muy agradable ,acogedora, limpia, muy bien equipada y nueva. La zone de la piscina esta muy bien, fue la que mas disfrutamos. La casa esta muy bien ubicada, porque estas a 5 minutos andando de restaurantes, bares y demas. Ghislaine Es una persona encantadora, y esta disponible para lo que quieras y si tienes dudas, responde muy Rapido a tus inquietudes. Recomendaria esta casa al 100% , es excelente. En las negras recommends Los siguientes restaurantes, para desayunar el Toresano, Para comer o cenar, restaurante La Sal a pie de playa, si quieren pasta La Buganvilla o Il Capriccio estan bien.

Nous avons passés deux semaines , en famille, dans cette belle maison de Las Negras. Bien équipée, elle est idéalement située dans le village car sans être trop en centre, elle reste proche des commerçes ! Et Ghislaine et Jean-Luc, les propriétaires, sont fort sympathiques et de très bons conseils. De très bonnes vacances :)

Séjour très agreable. La maison est superbe, avec un salon très espacieux, très lumineux dans un endroit très calme. La piscine est merveilleuse, et on peu aller á pied à la plage.

Nos alojamos dos parejas durante la primera semana de agosto de 2014 y estuvimos fenomenal. La casa es muy amplia, está nueva, muy limpia, tiene todas las comodidades, disfrutas de intimidad. Está muy cerca de la playa y del pueblo (a un minuto). Se halla enclavada en una urbanización muy tranquila. El espacio de la piscina es ideal, muy lujoso todo. El trato de la propiedad muy efectivo y eficaz. Sin duda para repetir. Animo y aconsejo este alojamiento porque vale la pena, es precioso y no hay queja alguna. Yolanda R.

Casa muy nueva, estupenda piscina, decorada con gran gusto, barbacoa, aire acondicionado en toda la casa, muy cerca del pueblo, tv nueva y grande, terrazas... Hermosa, con unos propietarios muy amables, Ghislaine habla español perfectamente. Todo fantástico, imposible poner un pero. La piscina es difícil de encontrar en una vivienda individua en Cabo de Gata, y nos ha venido muy bien para los dos niños pequeños que venían con nosotros. Todo muy recomendable
