"I booked this property but I was assigned by the front desk to the sister property across the street. Hotel Playa because supposedly it was quieter. El Flamenco seems to attract young, loud, party oriented travelers. This is a family owned group of properties including a restaurant. They seem to save Hotel Playa rooms (about7-8 rooms) for guests’ overflow This review is for Hotel Playa.Both properties are old and very run down. "Muy amables y piscina muy tranquila, la habitación no era muy grande, pero calidad precio, no se puede pedir más, sobre todo pq estabamos en la planta baja y teníamos acceso a un patio."

"I was worried that this place would be bad because the price was very low. In fact, it’s a great deal. Everything was clean and comfortable, the staff were lovely and there’s a restaurant to eat at. There’s loads of free parking for vehicles of any size. The scenery around the hotel is very beautiful. I would highly recommend this place!"

"The property was having building work carried out while we were staying as it was low season . We were offered an upgrad to a sea view room which was a beautiful view but we still had to pay the upgrade charge . You would have thought this would have been complimentary due to the room being free anyway and to compensate for the building work ."

"Pasamos una semana en la casa, y todo fue genial. Nos gustó mucho la tranquilidad del pueblecillo de Hortichuelas, y la cercanía de Las Negras, con bares, tiendas y restaurantes. El patio de la casa fue perfecto para nuestra perrita, aunque por la tarde ya no llega el sol. Eso en invierno estaría bien, pero supongo que se agradece en verano.
