Fletcher Parkhotel Val Monte
When we arrived the lights and power in our room and hallway did not work for about 90 minutes, after which the problem was fixed. I suppose it was okay as they let us check in early.

Great breakfast with lots of variety and beautiful views of the city! Very conveniently located next to the train station. Staff were super helpful when I was renting a bike and looking for recommendations of where to go.

It was a fine stay - and a good value for money in principle - but there were some shortcomings. 1. staff made mistakes on my room charges (duplicated charges) - mistakes happen - and they fixed it with no problems (good service to fix the problem - no complaint about that), but there was confusion ...
