"This is our first time to Luxor and won’t be our last. My family and I have arrived from USA and Mr. Mostafa Mohammed gave us best experience. We arrived from the airport late night and he immediately checked us in and gave us a complimentary upgrade and dinner. He was also so quick at our checkout everything was smooth. Mr. Hamam was also great at welcoming us and showing us our rooms. The rooms are clean, the view is beautiful, staff are very helpful. We will definitely come again. "

"The manager here was so amazing and welcoming to us. He made sure our stay here was amazing from start to finish. We had to go to the airport early in the morning and was going to miss breakfast however he made us a breakfast box so that we weren’t starving in the morning when we went to the airport in addition to the great service at this resort, it was so beautiful staying here and I wish we got to stay longer. Mohammed the restaurant manager at Rosetta restaurant always went out of his way to make our evening meal special. They decorated the room with flowers and cake for my birthday. The location is excellent. Very close to Karnak Temple. "

"This place is a true gem in Luxor. The room is so nice, staff very attentive, food was delicious, the pool so relaxing. Definitely this place was a highlight of our trip. The architecture of this palace is incredible. It’s amazing they have a boat to take you across the Nile to luxor temple. I just loved this place I wish I could stay here 100 more times! "

"The room was great as well as the view! Sunsets every night from my balcony.. the breakfast was very good with fresh to made omelets and crepes! The staff was always helpful and friendly. One of the best places I’ve stayed! Has a boat to the shore of the East Bank every few minutes. I enjoyed the dinner at the Egyptian restaurant and the view there was fantastic as well. I will be back when I’m in Aswan again!"

"We are a family of 5, I have 3 daughters and I really liked that they had a huge kids pool with a slide and all. Also the mini zoo they have is great for the kids! Will definitely come back with the family! "
