"We stayed 4 nights in june. We went for a girls trip and had a great time. Kitchen was filled with all sorts of Utensils. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms had a few extras if you forgot a toothbrush or shampoo. Beach chairs were provided, which was great. The fireplace kept me warm and i laid in front of it everyday reading. "Genuinely SO impressed. Tons of space, beautiful condo, well-kept. Property manager was responsive and helped us check in an hour early. Great location; just a short walk (albeit uphill) downtown and to the beach. Would 100% stay again and highly recommend. One suggestion to owner is to add nonslip pad to the living room rug. We all slipped several times and eventually just moved the furniture on top of the rug to help hold it in place."

April has done a very nice job of refinishing the hardwood floors and converting this former Arthur Murray dance studio into a very nice, and very large apartment. Our group of 4 were all adults and we had plenty of room in this unit. Although we did not need to use the kitchen, it is completely updated, and has newer appliances for any cooking needs. "We had to come down for a few days to take care of some family business. The place was perfect. Had everything we needed and was in a great location. Communication was fast and the garage was a huge bonus! Only suggestion would be to put a TV in the master bedroom…especially during March Madness😉 We will definitely stay here again if we have to come back down."
