Une vraie déception

Attente de 30min avec plus de 40degres et les valises de la correspondante. Une fois les lieux pris au bout de 5min après avoir enlevé nos chaussures nos pieds étaient noirs le parquet n'a absolument pas été lavé à notre arrivée vu l'état de la serpillière rien d'étonnant. La. Salle de bain pleine de poussière sans compter les serviettes de bain qui étaient toutes tachées. Heureusement que nous avions nos propres serviettes. Les volets impossible à fermer car en lambeaux. Les chaises de la table complètement éclatées on aurait pu rester coincées dedans. Un dégât des eaux à eu lieu aucune compensation. Personne malhonnête qui n'a absolument pas tenue compte de nos remarques. Si vous souhaitez vous reposer la nuit n'y compter pas il y a du bruit toute la nuit comble de tout ça la correspondante nous fait part que les voisins se sont plaint alors que c'est l'appart du dessus qui faisait une grosse fête ce qui a empêché nos enfants en bas âge de dormir. Un vrai foutage de tête au prix de la location. A fuire

Appartement qui a besoin d’être nettoyé et rénové

L’emplacement est génial mais l’appartement était sale comme s’il n’avait jamais été nettoyé Il y avait des cafards dans la cuisine, la salle de bain et les chambres Et en + un énorme dégât des eaux au niveau du plafond de la chambre qui n’ait aucunement précisé dans l’annonce ou par le propriétaire

Appartement incroyable. Nous avons adoré cet appartement plein de charme et idéalement situé dans Nîmes. Cerise sur le gâteau : un accès gratuit au parking sis en dessous des halles. Bref une pépite.

Unclean apartment

The apartment was very unclean. It was clear that the apartment was probably never thoroughly cleaned, and even surface level cleaning wasn't done. The owner replied polite, but without understanding.
