This modern villa spans three levels with a total area of 220 m² and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests, with additional sleeping space for 2 more on a sofa bed in the living room – making it ideal for larger families or groups (maximum capacity: 10 guests).



On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen connected to a stylish dining area and a cozy living room with an indoor fireplace – perfect for relaxing evenings. This floor also includes a sauna with a private shower, a separate guest toilet, and a laundry room.



The first floor offers four spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed, air conditioning, a TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower – ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.



The second floor is a true highlight of the villa, featuring a shaded terrace with a comfortable lounge set, a summer kitchen with a bar fridge, and a pool.



Outside, guests can enjoy a heated pool (32 m²), an outdoor shower, sun loungers, umbrellas, and a charming sitting area. There’s also a built-in barbecue with a sink and an outdoor dining table for al fresco meals. The entire yard is fully fenced, offering complete privacy, and three private parking spaces are available.
