"The place look older with three different floors. The first level had 3 rooms for each tenant but have to share the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is outdated but you have a couches and dining table. The 55 inch TV has cable but very limited channels. You have tenants living upstairs and in the basement but they have their own code and access to their respective floors. "The apartment was great!! Was exactly what we needed for a weekend wedding stay. The town itself was very small . My son was able to do some fishing in the creek/river that was within walking distance. Host was very pleasant and helpful in our communications. Would definitely recommend!"

"Clean inside, reasonably priced and clear communication from the owner. The only drawback was the neighborhood was definitely a little sketchy and there was only on street parking and it was on a side street that the house wasn’t on."

They did supply a portable ac unit that we used in the master bedroom, and purchased a stand up oscillating fan to share the cooler air into the living and 2nd bedroom. Not sure how it would be in the winter."
