Staff were amazing the hotel was spotless Why did I do 4 and not 5 only one thing less than perfect the room was to warm with no means to adjust as the radiator was on the lowest setting

The Grand Hotel Eastbourne
Was good to upgrade the room for a beach side-on very. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was included and was very filling. We ate in the restuarant the first night and had great food.
