"Expedia gave incorrect geographical coordinates and I ended up stranded in a inhospitable neighborhood. The hotel reacted quickly. They sent a taxi to pick me up; apologized; upgraded my room from basic to presidential; and offered a fantastic meal at no cost. My initial outrage changed into appreciation. My gratitude goes to the hotel staff. Thank you."

"The room was spacious and comfortable. We were upgraded to a river view room. However the windows were dirty (on the outside) and it marred the otherwise comfortable stay. Couldn’t see out without looking at the dirty windows. Having said that, service staff were very helpful."

"The hotel is well maintained, clean. But location wise not ideal if you are planning to continue explore Tianjin. More suitable if you need convenient to airport. When it’s raining, you also risk the food delivery is not accepted due to the location. The hotel does not have restaurant that serve dinner."
