"Our stay could have been worse and maybe a different room would have been better but we were really unhappy with the room and location. Although situated close to the Hang Mua walk (about a 5 minute walk), the road it’s self left much to be desired. "The area is just beautiful! It’s definitely a bit more like cabin living but plenty of amenities and clean as needed! They even have a restaurant in house you can order from! The best part was how helpful Trung and Phol were in helping me figure out a driver and details for the day, which would have been so much harder otherwise! "Staff are super nice and there’s Free bikes to use. You can bike to hang mua and even bich dong pagoda. Wish there was a safe box. Plus the sink clogged a lot where we had to manual unclog it and we could hear rats or some rodent in the walls at night which woke me up at night. "

So close in fact that you get woken by the announcements on the PA of arriving trains at three am and six am, plus the honking, idling intercity bus that boards curbside outside. "Nan House had the most lovely property that felt like a serene oasis. Beautiful pool which was fabulous for relaxing and cooling off at the end of the day. The surroundings were peaceful and we really appreciated the location outside of the busy town. It was easily walkable to town and there was a fantastic restaurant 5 min. away. We had delicious breakfasts with good variety and dinner one evening there was very good also. The staff were fun and friendly. They were so accommodating and helpful. We were very well taken care of. I would highly recommend Nan house!"
