"I stayed in the mountain view cabin which was lovely. The only negative is the seating areas are bean bags which is not easy to get in or out off when you are older! When we checked in i was so grateful to Lucas who gave us so much information on the area and was great throughout our stay. The pool looked lovely although i didn't use it as i was out most days. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety and dinner was delicious. The peacefulness of the Fairy Mountain Retreat is awesome and so appreciated after being in the cities. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are going to Ninh Binh. "

"Room was fine but we asked to book another night when we arrived which was apparently fine but the room wasn't booked so we had to take a more expensive room the next day. There was a staff party in the floor right below us on our 1st night which is ofcourse fine but we had had a full day and we were not notified of this and it would have been nice if they had just put us up a floor or two so it wasnt so loud."

"The room was fine the bathroom was very small. The staff were friendly. The breakfast should have been better. The thing that I liked the least though was that there was no elevator I do not recall reading that on the website or I likely would not have booked there. I have mobility issues and we had to walk up 34 steep stairs to get to our room every time we wanted to go out and back in you could also not arrive at the front of the hotel in a car so we had to park on the main road and bring our luggage in. We did have help bringing the luggage from the car to the hotel. It should be stated on the website no lift if it is there I missed it."
