"Excellent staff, they were very friendly, knowledge and well-mannered. I felt like I was visiting a relative or friend who was helping me understand Niš better.
Room was clean and bed was very comfortable -- even with my jet lag, I had a good night sleep. The view was beautiful; I could see the city and local neighbors from my little balcony.
Breakfast was well priced, had good options and was tasty. Overall an excellent experience 1) because of the staff; 2) the price and 3) the hotel's...

"Expected more based on description and price considering that it is in Nis.
Great location. Parking is limited - good luck!
Terrible cocktails ( if you return it they still charge for it). Waiter (for outdoor serving) was rude.
Room updated but poorly done. Doors were not closing well. No bathrobes (as described) and limited toiletries. Half of lights not working ( checked switches by the bed as well).
No rooftop terrace.
Good minibar pricing.
Loud AC.
Teo TVs one remote.
