"Property is really beautiful, beds are excellent, and the living room is nice and cozy. Kitchen utilities could be a bit cleaner but we survived. One important thing is that we signed a contract saying we would follow the rules, and one of them was the garbage rule, but we didn't find anything that explained how to get rid of the garbage. Luckily I don't mind bugs, but if you do, keep the windows closed. Outside it gets quite wild at night."

"This is my first time ever I felt very disappointed about the booking via hotel.com due to the following reasons 1. The photos shown on the hotel.com vs the real life experience was of a big difference. Very poor. The swimming poor is too small. The entire house is too compressed. 2. "Beautiful property and right next to madea flats for snorkeling and diving. Great location with great cafes nearby. The hot tub was a bonus. Full kitchen and kitchenware. We were even offered a complimentary wine bottle - super yummy!! Bed was fine - firm as I’ve noticed in Japan. The pillows were very lumpy. Other than that, perfect stay. "

"Awesome house in a great location. Walking distance to the sea wall and the shops and restaurants of Chatan American Village. The house itself is well kept with updated appliances, fast internet.
