"3rd time staying at this hotel and its quality is still as superb as the 1st time i came here. Its quiet, friendly and clean. Tokyo's hotels are notoriously small and this isnt much different but it still could comfortably fit my friend and I + our luggage."

"We’ve been long-time fans of Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo, and it continues to be our go-to choice whenever we visit the city. We always book the Grand Premier rooms with Lounge access and daily breakfast, and it's consistently a luxurious and comfortable experience that we truly look forward to. During this recent stay, we did encounter some issues with our initial room. However, we were very impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism of the Premier Lounge staff, who reached out the same evening and arranged for a room change the following day. Their attentiveness and care made all the difference and reminded us why we continue to return to this hotel year after year. One small disappointment this time was that, as our stay was under 7 nights, we didn’t receive the usual welcome amenity that we had come to appreciate on previous visits. While we understand the policy, it’s a thoughtful touch that adds a special start to our stay, and we hope this can be reconsidered in the future for returning guests. That said, we absolutely loved the Premier Lounge and spent a lot of time there. The lounge staff were exceptional—gracious, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile."

"I lost my AirPods in my room and when I went back 7 hours later. They looked and found my AirPods. Excellent service! I’ve lost a lot more in hotels around the world and never seen the item again. "

"Excellent location. A lawson store and a restaurant in the second floor. Walking distance to the amazing Sumo-themed train station. Only detail is that you may have to wait for elevators at rush time. We are four so we split in two rooms. "
