"Very nice place. Very surprising. Outside looked like the rest of town and the inside was extremely nice. Nice AC. Good water pressure. Comfy bed. Highly recommend. "
"Poca cura dei dettagli. Per quello che abbiamo pagato e per le 4 stelle dell'hotel doveva essere tutt'altro. Una grande delusione. Lenzuola con capelli sopra, tende e copriletto con macchie sopra. Il bagno vomitevole, non abbiamo fatto la doccia perché c'era la ruggine e capelli. Macchie di sangue sulla placchetta della corrente. Maniglia, mensole, armadio TUTTO ROTTO. "
"First off, let me qualify my visit by sharing that im 80 years old, i primarily stay in Cassino 3 months a year, and this is my first experience with hotels of this style, deeply imbeded in large multistory buildings of varied occupancy. I'm currently in route to Puzzuoli. I normally reside on forested mountain acreage where I don't even see my neighbors for weeks at a time. Enjoy the contrast! 😆
Finding these emdeded hotels is challenging, but obviously possible! 🙄 This one has three...
"The hotel was simple and all we needed for a couple of nights in Naple. I will say the area is beautiful and there’s a fantastic pizza restaurant across the street that ended up being one of our favorite meal on our whole Italian trip "

"The property and room was amazing. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment and everythingvwas great with the execption of the front door lock which was very hard to open and close with key. Also, the second floor bedrooms have a skylight window which has no curtains to close so the sunlight comes in early in the morning and during the day which makes the second floor very hot. Also, i strongly recommend coffee available if you are going to have a coffee maker in the kitchen. Overall was great."
"Lovely hotel, clean, everything was fabulous, staff all fantastic, delicious breakfast, etc. The only downside were the loungers at the pool that don’t have the reclining legs rest part, so you can only tan the front of your body.. lying on your tummy is very uncomfortable as the lounger ends at your knees."
"Arrived and gave my name, woman at desk just looked at me then turned and had a conversation with another woman for a few minutes, very rude. Then she told us it would be 10 minutes until room ready even though it was well after check in time. When she called us over she told us our room was absolutely fine but we couldn't get on the balcony as there was work being carried out . Workmen were right on the balcony so left blinds shut. Then my daughter found a rucksack in the cupboard and when I went to look I realised there was a mens clothing (a full set... boxers, socks, shorts, tshirt) folded on the top shelf. I went down to reception and she tried to tell me it was their bag of cleaning stuff but when I explained about the clothes she sent someone up. They took the stuff away but no explanation. Reception guaranteed me no one would be showing up with a key to get into the room but I was worried all night someone would. Room was very basic and the bathroom cramped and very basic. Bed was clean and comfortable though. Breakfast was somes buns or cereal served in a little area beside reception and it was pretty awful. Was fine for us for one night to go to Napoli game but I wouldnt go for any longer and I wont personally be returning! It was cheap so I suppose apart from the mans clothes in our room it was acceptable for the money... just!"
