"Driving around the old town isn't for the faint of heart, but once you parked the car, the house is brilliant, with the cosy mountain house feeling. Clean, filled with little things one might need, especially if one is on a road trip. We had coffee, tea, salt and oil, milk and jam for our breakfast already set. Luca, the owner, was incredibly helpful and very communicative. Would definitely go back (with a smaller car ahah)"

"Nestled in the foothills near a town called Reitano, this lovely place offers a taste of what living in Sicily is like. Amazing fresh food, the sounds of the country and smells of the Sicilian countryside. Giacomo, his wife and children are wonderful sweet people. His wife cooks food like my mother did back home who was from this part of Sicily. Make sure you get good directions for your drive and arrival procedures for entering the gated property. Loved it and will be back."

"What an incredible place! So much history, character and charm! It has a great location in the countryside with a lovely view. Its so quiet and peaceful and sitting out by the pool at sunset was lovely. Best of all: AC, wifi a big breakfast and a balcony. If you love cats like we do, there are a little family around the bins the appreciative a sausage or meat"

"Great value for the price. The views are stunning, especially at night from multiple terraces. Less than a 10 minute drive to central Piazza Armerina, and there is a supermarket about within walking distance (or a very short drive). This B and B is very welcoming with no codes to enter, time restrictions, or other typical hassles - it was as if we had this large home to ourselves even though there were other guests (who were lodged in different parts of the large home). The host, Luciano, and his staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast, that included interesting cheeses, meats, eggs, cornetti, and coffees, was excellent. The air conditioning and showers functioned well. We could store our wine and other drinks in the common refrigerator with easy access. I highly recommend this place."
