"Almost everything in the apartment was old and worn out or broken. About 50% of the light fixtures/lamps are either broken, missing parts or missing bulbs. I had to go out and buy a frying pan to cook. There were only two tiny, cheap stained saucepans. There must be a pigeon infestation because pigeon noises kept me up both nights. The neighbors child took care of any time that the pigeons were quiet! I do not want to hear screaming children at 6 am on Sunday. The apartment is on the third...
