"Francesco was awesome! He was very helpful with giving a list of things to do in Pisa. He included some small things for breakfast along with fresh bread which was awesome and very helpful. Check-in process was quick and efficient, where he was there to walk through the property and answer any questions I had. 11/10 would recommend you to stay here when in Pisa as the location was perfect. Brakowało mi kuchni, która była ujęta w opisie ogólnym, jednak Rosa Bianca niestety jej nie ma. Ogólnie jesteśmy zadowoleni. Klimatyzacja to raczej chłodny nawiew. Cons: Brak kuchni. "Great spot in Lucca, very easy to walk to everything. We had some of the best food of our trip in Lucca! The owner was very helpful in getting us a taxi to the property after we had dropped off our rental car. The only small negative is it can be quite noisy at night due to the bar next door, but I guess that is the trade off for staying in the centre of town. We would stay here again! "
