The owners go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. I highly recommend this hotel and the experience of staying at a small oasis away from the craziness of Positano and Amalfi. "We had a fantastic time in this hotel in April. Lovely private beach and great room with balcony. Most of all the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Francesca in particular helped sort all of our trips and queries before and during our stay. It is about 30 minutes from Sorrento centre and much quieter which we like, but transport links are excellent and very cheap. The hotel even provided some lifts for free. Highly recommend it and will likely return ourselves in busier...

"The staff at Blu was exceptional. Giuseppe and Mario are truly five star staff. Traveling companions had an issue with the manager as they had to cut their stay short and she was unwilling to come out of her office to even discuss a refund or you a tab for the bar restaurant. Thankfully the rest of the staff understands customer service!"
