Good place. Clean cozi room. All the basic facilities are there. Food options are limited but selection of menu is good which will be liked by most of the customers. I will prefer this hotel again in case I have to visit noida again.

We loved how kind and helpful the staff are at Ginger Noida 133. The decor is modern and the food is excellent. Laundry service is fast and the gym is new and well equipped. The location is very convenient for the Max Noida and for day trips. Being near the Expressway it is only 2.5 hours to the Taj Mahal. Only negative is the second room I stayed in was not as clean as it could be. It was dusty and the bathroom needed a deep clean. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay, thank you!

Good hotel, but best to not stay on second floor as the phone ring at the reception is very loud. Could here it between the 6 am to 1am every night.

Good brand..But, lots to improve

Nice location. But, the bed linen and bath linen were dirty and smelling like a third rated hotel. Reception staff were very lethargic and typed with lots of spelling mistakes and wrong details in the Invoice inspite of hand written corrections given while checking in.

The rooms are too small. The bathroom was smelly and too small. The request for early check in was also denied even though they had rooms. The price is not worth the room condition.

I cancelled the booking after talking to the hotel manager and Expedia sales team and booked the same hotel at different location in same city but hotel did not initiated the refund. I am still waiting to hear back from hotel and Expedia for my refund.Thank you

Bad experience to stay in Ginger 133

It was bad experience. They given me room when i entered AC was not working. They changed the room when i entered in room it was so smelly. And leakage was in washroom

The hotel did not have my booking. I arrived at the hotel at 11.30 and they did not give me the room in spite of showing them the confirmation from Expedia. They refused to give me the room and asked me to make fresh payment. After a lot of arguments, they allowed me to check in and gave me a room at 12.30 am. A pretty bad experience. In the room, the bathroom had no hand towel, no floor mat. Cleanliness was 6/10.
