Terrasse du matin côté jardin au soleil levant puis terrasse du soir, côté océan, au soleil couchant avec vue directe sur le pont de Noirmoutiers. "The property was very acceptable to us both, it was clean well fitted out and we had everything we needed. We had expected an older style property that would be within the wood land and standing on its own. The property is infact on a housing development of new properties, this realisation fazed us somewhat, as was the fact that the developers were still undertaking major road works. "Nous avons trouvé la location mal entretenue avec des moisissures dans les pièces et beaucoup de poussière sous les radiateurs. Le ménage d'avant saison n'a pas été fait. Les lits sont corrects, le canapé est vétuste, la machine à laver fait un bruit d'enfer. Les mobiliers de jardin sont vieux et cuits par le soleil. Rien n'a probablement été fait depuis l'obtention de l'agrément "gite de France". Seul point positif les personnes chargées de l'accueil qui étaient charmantes et que je remercie."

"Older style hotel fully modernised. Comfortable room, lovely staff. Used the bar but didn’t eat in hotel. Fantastic location just 25 mts from the promenade and beach. 15 min walk to town shops etc. Would certainly stay again if in La Baule. "
