Spiral staircase into our tucked away room felt like respite from the bustling city. The room, as exactly as expected and pictured. "A gorgeous open lobby greets you as you enter the hotel. Breakfasts were great. May I respectfully suggest that you ask your cleaning crew at breakfast to make less noise when piling up dishes and cups and glasses? They made quite a racket, disturbing everybody who was eating there. Our room linens were very comfortable although the room was small. The shower was particularly small. The instructions provided via email before we arrived at the hotel were not clear as to how to get to the hotel. May I suggest that the instructions be rewritten to follow the exact path that hotel guests should follow? Overall, great stay. Thank you Ibis hotelsH"
