"If you are handicapped this is not a good property for you to stay at. If you have trouble with narrow, winding stairs you should avoid this one. The driveway needs grading badly. Air conditioning in a window unit. Only one person spoke English. Breakfast is expensive. Better to go into Fountainbleau."

"Room was not ready when I arrived.
I got a room but it was still dirty from the last guest
There was someone there and I got a different room
I got double charged for the room. They asked for my card to pay the room tax but they charged the full amount. The room had already been pre-paid on Expedia. When I asked the hotel staff about this they assured me it was only the room tax that got charged. But when I got my Credit card statement, I found that was not true. Now I have to spend a bunch...
