Enjoy Florida beach living with this spacious, coastal furnished units on the intracoastal waterway with a private beach access right across the street. The unit overlooks a tropical landscaped garden from your private porch. Enjoy coffee and/or cocktails on a 12 x 12 gazebo overlooking the intracoastal. Fish from the Intracoastal seawall or on your beautiful private beach. Walking distance to two restaurants/bars and a grocery store is just 1.1 miles away. Most important, you will experience the amazing sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico every afternoon.

***Boat docks available!! Bring your boat... you may dock you boat in the back with access to electricity and water, and there is enough room for your boat trailer in the front of the property for just $20 p/night!! Watercrafts are also welcome at $15 p/day.

Best of both waters

Place was perfect- sunrise on the intercostal and sunset on the Gulf- outdoor space very private and beautiful- Great for couples or 2 adults- will not be disappointed

Great location with bay in back and easy walk to an Awesome beach. Place was comfortable and cozy. Loved Lanier for outdoor space. Nice to have washer/dryer.

Wonderful vacation.

We had a great time. Weather was good, saw beautiful sunsets, backyard was very pretty. Our unit was very well equipped, and even had beach umbrellas and chairs and beach towels! We hope to come back next year.

Beautiful backyard and easy beach entry

The hosts were great and were available if needed. The porch and gazebo were great at night to relax and fish off the dock. The beach is right across the street and private compared to the main public entrance of the beach. We would definitely come back!

My husband & I loved our stay. It was beautiful. The unit was very clean & comfortable. Felt like a second home. Access to private beach was nice & the backyard was as beautiful as the beach with intracostal waters to fish in! The host was very nice & available whenever needed! Very quiet & peaceful. Very nice area overall. Houses were beautiful. We will definitely stay there again!!

The apartment was great! Super clean and well maintained. Beautiful property. 3-minute walk to the private beach as well as access to the canal at the backyard. The host was very nice and helpful. Millie was answering our questions within literally 1 minute! Thank you very much again, Millie!

Absolutely perfect

We loved our stay here! This property was perfect for us! The backyard is so tropical and beautiful. We did some fishing on our dock on the Intercoastal. The private beach was about a 3 minute walk across the street. The rental was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. Millie was so nice and even took the time to show us around the property when we arrived. We will definitely be back for another visit!

Everything was as stated and sitting in the screened in porch was so stunning looking out at the landscaping with the intracoastal in the background. The apartment itself was not huge but we spent most of the day on the beach anyway and it suited us with lovely furnishings and very clean. We intend on returning as we lost 2 days because of the hurricane but before that the weather was great. Highly recommend.

Anniversary Getaway

We had a wonderful few days here. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. The backyard was beautiful! Loved having morning coffee in the gazebo and watch my husband fishing from the dock. Access to the beach is very convenient and the beach was not crowded at all. Enjoyed the Drum Circle at Nokomis Beach and watching dolphins at the North Jetty, both just a short distance away. Millie was awesome! Gave us a tour inside and out shortly after we arrived, answered immediately when I texted her for some info and lives next door so is easily reachable. Would not hesistate recommending this cottage - it's a winner!
