A beautiful mix of historic museum, craft and style. Everything was spotless and easy to access. Perfect communication with our host. We were just passing through the area, but it was absolutely worth the 17 mile trip off the interstate.

This was such a neat place to stay. The history and charm of the building is interesting and inviting. Chris was an absolute delight and was more than friendly and accommodating. The room was stunning and the breakfast was large and delicious. The little shop has some unique treasures and kits for purchase of you want to try your hand at wool felt items, which we did on the plane home! You definitely don't want to miss this beautiful place.

Amazing. Newly renovated schoolhouse, so everything was clean and new. Rooms were cozy and comfortable, quaint. I'm sorry I only had one night to stay there. It was a pleasant surprise in the middle of the rural countryside. They did a great job renovating and preserving history.

I have to admit, we booked this place by mistake, but decided to go there anyway. Great decision! It is a charming, beautifully restored building with spotless, quiet rooms. The staff is delightful. But the big surprise is the serious craft wool workshops and gift shop. Very high quality work. This place is very well worth a short detour off the interstate.

Our room was absolutely perfect. The whole experience there is so exquisite. We were there for my nieces wedding reception. The staff is so friendly. What a little piece of paradise. We will be back next summer just to have a girls mini vacation and just relax!!!

Peaceful and Relaxing Stay

There was a problem with our room it wasn't cleaned and it was self check in and couldn't get ahold of anyone.Left to go eat, situation was finally resolved.The Nomeschool house is awesome! Such a great stay and the history of it so amazing and the restoration unbelievable.If you ever get a chance to stay here do it.Remote location but such a lovely place.
