"タイトルの通り、ホテルの周辺には何もありません。 シマタニホテルに用事があり、歩いて行けそうなこのホテルに宿泊しましたが、 そうでなければ宿泊しないでしょう。 (結局徒歩で30分くらいでした) 部屋の清掃が残念です。 ・部屋用とトイレ用のゴミ箱が前の客のごみが入っていた。 ・部屋中に長い髪の毛が一杯落ちていた。 線路沿いにホテルが建っているため、電車が通過するときは物凄い騒音がする。 "

"I love the property as I have stayed there before. The only reason that it got a bad rating from me is that I was not informed until we arrived, that the pool was out of order. I would have preferred to have been told before we arrived. Due to this, we did not stay and found alternative accommodation with a pool. Please fix it, K.S. Pavilion Hotel, as you really are clean and well located."

"ผ้าขนหนูเหมือนไม่ได้ซัก มีคราบติดคล้ายๆเครื่อง สำอาง น้ำไหลช้ามาก ห้องน้ำส่งกลิ่นเหม็นเข้ามาในห้องอีกด้วย เส้นผมเต็มพื้นห้องเลย และที่สำคัญ ใต้เตียงยังมีเปลือกถุงยางอนามัยที่แกะใช้แล้วอีกด้วย"

"รร.ถือว่ายังใหม่อยู่ทั้งที่เปิดมา เกือบ 3 ปีแล้ว แต่ความสะอาดต้องปรับปรุง เส้นผม เส้นขนกวาดไม่เกลี้ยง พนง.ต้อนรับยิ้มแย้มดี แต่แม่บ้านไม่ค่อยมีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าเท่าไร"
