"The staff and experience was positive- friendly and helpful. I wish the trash was taken when they cleaned the room- we did not know where to take our trash- otherwise the beds were made nicely and fresh towels provided upon request. It was a positive experience staying with your hotel!"

"This is my favorite hotel in Chiang Mai. This was my 3rd stay at the WE Valley Hotel, The place is always immaculately clean, and the friendly staff go above and beyond to be helpful.
