In the resort, in a quiet, elevated position on a slope, 2 km from the sea, 10 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, in a pedestrian area. Private: property 600 m2 (fenced). Steep motor access to 200 m from the house (mountain road). Stepped path (70 steps) to the house. Public parking. Grocery, restaurant, bakery 250 m, sandy beach "Farinole" 10 km. Nearby attractions: La Tour Paoline construite en 1760 1 km, L'Eglise classée Santa Ghjulia 1 km, L'éco-musée du Cédrat 1 km, Bastia 33 km, Centuri 37 km. Please note: car recommended.

Heating, air-conditioning. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning, boiler (200 litres). Large terrace 300 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Very beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
