Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The condo smelled damp and musty as soon as we entered. In addition, there was notable bloodstain on the comforter as well as yellow staining on the pillow. I had also asked for additional towels and was told that the point of the washer and dryer and the units was for us to wash our laundry ourselves. in addition, there was a large stain on the couch. They had also given us two small sets of shampoo and conditioner, and when I asked for more, they stated that I must buy it myself. For clarification, the condo that we rented was listed for six people. In addition, the elevators broke down on an almost daily basis during our seven days day. Going up and down six flights upstairs is a really tough experience, especially when it’s feeling about 97° with the humidity. And especially with luggage or any grocery bags. Finally, they failed to mention that there is new construction of a building right next to our condo with construction starting as early as 630 to 7 AM almost every day of the week. Disappointed by the lack of Explanation/solution regarding any of our concerns. Front desk was not helpful with any of our request.
