Nice property, great beach front access, palapas included on property we're nice for the beach. Wasn't the hugest fan of the food(for the price) but otherwise there was no complaints the property was quiet we went in September in off season and it was very open, lots of chairs and loungers open. If you're staying here and it's your first time in Aruba bring towel clips for your chairs! It's so windy here

Overall everything was great. The resort could just use a bit of a spruce up. The signage is very faded, the pool and beach chairs are a bit worn. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was helpful. Dining options were fine. Location is great.

This was our first stay in Aruba. Divi Phoenix did not disappoint! The staff was so helpful and informative. Everyone from the Front Desk to the restaurants was so pleasant. We ended up getting a spot on the beach every day and our children loved snorkeling in the few areas adjacent to the hotel. Our room attendants made the room so clean, it was incredible. Free parking for our car so we could roam around the island and only a short drive to the downtown area. Also, literally right across the street from the Butterfly Farm which was magical. We will certainly be back!

We had the best time, the resort & our room were beautiful! We've been to Aruba several times, but this was the first time we’d stayed at Divi Phoenix & now it’s highly likely that we won’t stay anywhere else! We booked a studio suite with an ocean view & it was perfect! The view was AMAZING! Room was newly updated & very clean. The resort was very well maintained & clean. The staff was amazing & so friendly. We can’t wait to go back!

Great place to stay, very clean. The staff is super friendly. Avoid the PureDeli, but the wave shack and PureBeach are a lot of Fun with decent food for a resort. If you’re looking to party stay at the RIU, this one is more family friendly and is quiet around 11. We came for our honeymoon and had a blast. Close enough to everything to walk but far enough where you’re not trapped around the party and tourists. Can’t reiterate enough how great the staff was at the front desk and the purebeach/waveshack

The room was great, had a great view. Cleaning staff was wonderful and kept everything tidy. The resort was beautiful this was our second time staying at the Divi Phoenix resort and would highly recommend. We loved how convenient the location was to everything. Pure Beach Grill had excellent food and again was so convenient. We loved our stay again this time we brought our daughter and she loved it there.

Everything was wonderful. We had a great experience and would definitely return back if ever in Aruba again. Staff were very sweet, helpful and pleasant. We walked into town for dinner every night which took about 10-15 min. Beach was right there and very convenient. Happy hour was great by the pools and the bartenders were wonderful as well. Only thing we can ask for is maybe some music or entertainment by the main pool but other than that, we had a memorable experience and give Divi Phoenix a 5/5 ⭐️

I was originally placed in a room I didn't book. A lower tier. They immediately rectified the situation and gave me a complimentary upgrade. All staff was super helpful throughout our stay. Loved that they provided floats as well. I will return.

I recently stayed at Divi Phoenix Aruba from June 13–20 and had a wonderful experience. The property is beautifully located right on Palm Beach, with stunning ocean views and easy access to the beach. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The pools, restaurants, and overall amenities made for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation

The location is perfect, being easy walking distance from, but not in the middle of, the heavy concentration of restaurants and shops. The property is well maintained, with spacious rooms. Beaches and beach amenities are clean and well equipped, with plenty of chairs, palapas, and umbrellas available. The staff was courteous and helpful, especially Jesus, who went above and beyond in numerous ways to make our 10th anniversary visit more than special.

Amazing views! Loved this resort, convenient to beach and pool. Restaurants on site were good. Deli was amazing. Towels are provided but went to exchange at 6 and they were closed (they say they close at 7). They also start putting away chairs as people leave beach and going down to watch sunset around 7 we couldn’t find a Chair, they were locked. We did not see drink or food service while on the beach. I think there were some activities like bingo but we never for information on anything hosted by resort. Bathrooms are too small with lots of wasted space in bedroom and living room. Wish there was more indoor seating. Patio with loungers and table was great! Front lobby staff and luggage service were outstanding!
