"My wife and had a great it was a great stay the food was fresh made to order not a lot off opinions but it was enough but please be aware that bottle water is not free you had to buy bottle water and at first is a little pissed well very pissed but there fountain water was very very good room are basic no bell or whistle and was a lot of sreaming kids but that my fault normally I get a all adults but was trying to save a couple of dollars ( won't do that again) but all and all it was a great resortStaff was amazing....yes would stay again if I had kids lol all adults for me next time very clean hotel beach was a mazing pool full of kids so we mainly stay on the beach but they want you to pay $40 day to rent there umbrella which really pissed us off that was high way robbery 7day omg so mad but if you dobt know Aruba Sun . Is very hot and we need a umbrella if you want to lay out on the beach $10 $20 would be sufficient but $40 was way too much ..HOLIDAY INN RESORT ARUBA should be ashamed Completely Robbery Again think about the cost iff the umbrella"

"One of my all time favorite hotel resorts. LOVE the koi ponds throughout the property, the parrots and of course the black swan that is a full time resident among the Koi. Location is PERFECT. Walk out the lobby and BOOM….everything you could ever want is right there. Staff is amazing, property is exquisite! We go every February"

"Staff was friendly and accommodating. The resort is gorgeous with plenty of space to lounge at the pool and beach. We celebrated our honeymoon at this resort 30 years ago when it was the Americana, and returned for our 30 year anniversary. The staff surprised us with a bottle of champagne in our room. Great experience! Highly recommend this resort!!"
