We would like to thank the night shift front desk staff who gave us a very good room and also all the staff from the buffet, they are very courteous and when we checked we also would like to thank the staff who assisted us using the hotel storage for a few minutes after we checked out and finding us a good driver to drive us to the airport. Very nice place. Thank you."

"The check-in is fully digital and self check-in, but it’s clear and easy if you follow the instructions and signs. The hotel is very clean, cozy, and modern. The surrounding area is magical, right on the lake, and the restaurant has a very nice setting. The staff were amazing, very helpful and caring. The only downside is transportation to Amsterdam: the nearest station is about a 12-minute walk from the hotel. Other than that, everything was very good."

"We got a big, clean, well equipped room. One zone for my kids and a separated bedroom for me and my wife. Hotel located just 5 minutes from Zaandam train startion, grocery store next to door. The staff was really helpful durin check-in, ckeck-out and when we needed information about travelling to other places."
