Wir standen vor nichts in Zaandam und mussten erst da hin fahren von Expedia aus bis wir Ersatz bekommen haben. Da hatten wir bereits 25,-€ Bahngeld bezahlt, was Expedia nicht interessiert hat. Wir hatten einen Tag vorher gelesen das es an dem Standort nicht existiert und am Anreisetag sofort Expedia kontaktiert. Die Kommunikation hat gut geklappt, nur...

"We enjoyed our stay in this cosy houseboat with its nice garden, boat and bicycles. There is a very helpful folder with recommendations for cafés/restaurants as well as suggestions for sightseeing tours close-by etc. Communication with Anouk was very easy. I can highly recommend this little juwel of a houseboat."

La péniche bouge un peu lorsqu'il y a du vent, donc il faut tout de même s'assurer que vous n'avez pas le mal de mer. La cuisine est pratique pour se faire à manger. Die Einflugschneise Shipol hat uns nicht gestört, im Gegenteil… Flugzeuge schauen war sehr interessant. Wer allerdings geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte die Wohnung meiden. Enten schauen und Boote gucken lässt es nicht langweilig werden. Super Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe."

"Zaandam is a great place to stay just a train stop away from central Amsterdam. We had the rail pass so was very easy to travel around from This location. Hotel was neat and provided very basic amenities. The area around was beautiful. The only thing that was a bit of issue was lack of any storage space or any place to even store our bags. We have to leave everything on the floor. Other than that the stay was good"

"The hotel is tucked away in Bergen, which is a very beautiful little high-end village near Alkmaar, The Netherlands. We stayed only for one night -- 17 hours to be precise -- as part of a larger group gathering. The group dinner was held at the hotel, and it was outstanding and highly recommended. Staff are nice. We had booked a room for two persons. Our room clean and with two windows overlooking a beautiful courtyard, but it was rather small -- about two feet on one side of a queen-size bed and a three-feet-band passage on the other sides -- with rather minimalistic furnishings and space. We had no room and place to put our luggage or unpack the immediate necessities. If we stay there again, we will definitely urge for a larger room. "
